Very good and central location! During our 10nights stay we got to experience 2 different rooms thanks to a partial upgrade. First room (studio with balcony) was newly renovated and very spacious. A few good kitchen amenities (coffmaker, toast, fridge and freezer) along with a balcony to the street. Toilet area slightly awkwardly renovated into the hallway. Second room (maisonette) was slightly more cozy in layout but not as practical as the suite. Very nice and fresh feeling from both rooms. Housekeeping was amazing: very friendly and you got the feeling they really cared about our stay. Our rooms were cleaned every day to utmost perfection. Manolis was also so kind and helped us throughout the week. The first night our AC was broken but he made sure it was fixed early next day. Although shorter reception times, he replied to our e-mails promply and was available for our enquiries. Location was amazing, close to the harbour and old town, along with busstations etc. On saturdays there is a street market on the hotel street which was very lovely to experience. We even got fresh fruit sent up to our room! I highly recommend this hotel for those who prefer a more local and personalized touch, instead of a larger hotel complex. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

There were supplies for the breakfast, fruits and beverages and yogurts in the fridge. There were 2 small terraces but good for 2 people in my junior maisonnette. Shower was very good, what can be a challenge in Greece in general. There were blinds and curtains to the windows upstairs and downstairs, so I was not woken up my light in the morning. It was less than a 5-minute walk to the Venetian harbor but pretty quiet area. And it was easy to park very closed to the accommodation, I had a very good stay at Notus in Chania.

The location which was walking distance to all the places we wanted or needed to go to including the lighthouse, restaurants, shops, bus station, meet-up places for tours and even the Saturday market which was on our street. The manager was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants, bus timetables and essential information. Our apartment was cleaned daily and the cleaner very warm and friendly. We would love to return to this property!

The room was large and bright. The shower was excellent and powerful. The room was very clean and kept clean during our stay. The host was very helpful, spoke good English and was extremely generous. The hotel is on the edge of the old town with easy access to the harbour and restaurants. The Saturday market was right outside the hotel door and was exciting, vibrant and interesting with lots of fresh fruit and cheese to sample.

Don

The room itself was clean, tidy and very comfortable with plenty amenities. They even provide beach towels and umbrellas for the guests to use, which is very thoughtful. The staff is polite and friendly, and they're very attentive. If there's any trouble, you can just ask and they'll try their best to help. Everything went above and beyond expectations. I personally enjoyed the property, and would recommend it.
